Rooms have been reserved for all guests.
Room rates will be significantly lowered from their normal rates and provided to guests in advance of their official RSVP.

Transportation
Uber
Ubers are widely available throughout the area; however, an Uber from any of the airports to the hotel will run between $200-$300. We recommend splitting rides between friends, or renting a car.
Buses
There will be bus transportation for all guests to and from the ceremony, reception, & afterparty.
Stanly Ranch
As a guest of Stanly Ranch, you may reserve a hotel car for upwards of four hours at a time. Please email the concierge directly at stn.itinerarydesigner@aubergeresorts.com to arrange.
Private Transportation

Can I bring a guest?
If you’ve been invited with a guest, it will be noted on your invitation and RSVP.
Can I bring my children?
We kindly request that children under 8 are not present at the Rehearsal Dinner or Ceremony & Reception. 
If you would prefer to travel with your younger kids, please reach out to Adrienne or Zach directly.
Will all guests be staying on the property?
Yes, we have reserved enough rooms at Stanly Ranch to accommodate everyone. 
Rates will be significantly discounted throughout the weekend. 
Once you provide your initial RSVP, you will receive an email with more information about options and rates.
Do I need make my own room reservation?
No. Once you RSVP, we've got your spot saved!
When should I plan to arrive and leave?
Check-in at Stanly Ranch begins at 3:00pm on Thursday, September 17 and check-out is at 12:00pm on Sunday, September 20. 
If you can join us for the Farewell Brunch on Sunday, we'd love to say goodbye, but please don't feel pressure to attend if it complicates your travel plans. 
Similarly, if it works better to arrive Friday, just let us know.
Will transportation be arranged from the airport?
No, but there are many transportation options in the region. 
Please reach out to the concierge if you would like to arrange a private transfer.

Will transportation be arranged from Stanly Ranch to the Ceremony & Reception?
Yes, buses will leave from Stanly Ranch on Saturday, September 19th. 
It is about a 25 minute drive to the church. From there, it is a 5 minute drive to the Gehan Residence.
Shuttles will be available throughout the wedding day for return trips as well as to and from the after party.
What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?
You’ll have the opportunity to indicate this on the RSVP form. We’ll ensure all needs are accommodated with care.
